TAKE A LEAF FROM THE HELI BOYS THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY
SLOP ! AND WHY SHOULD YOU ? WELL NOW YOU DONT HAVE TO WITH
THIS NEAT TOOL THAT MAKES YOUR METAL THREADED PUSH RODS IN TO DOUBLE ENDED THREADED RODS FOR BALL JOINTS AT BOTH ENDS,
I USE BALL JOINTS AT BOTH ENDS ALL THE TIME! AND MY WIFE`S NEVER BEEN HAPPIER ! ! !

Using ball joints at both ends of your pushrods give a crisp slop free response from the sticks direct to the control surface,
This system also takes the negative side and diagonal presure from the servo arm making the job of eliminating servo stall when setting up your control systems,
fine tuning the pushrod length is much easier with ball joints, simply pop off the ball link from the ball with ball link pliers and turn in or out to get the rod perfect every time,
And as for throttle set up!!
Its a doddle to get the transition spot on for smooth transition from idle to full thrutch without that delay that you always get from inferia clevis set ups.
after years of using every type of linkage set up, the result I dicovered is that there is no better system that the double ended ball link push rod.
And so I DEVELOPED THE FADMUKER THREADING TOOL,
Designed to cut a thread at the other end of the metal threaded rods once you have cut them to the desired length,
Its a made to measure slop free control system.

When building wings why struggle! use wing jigs to square up and align the ribs,

Or if you build a lot, why not build your self a suspension wing building frame

build your self a building flat board with a fixed straight edge and a 90 degree corner, this helps keep things square, I used a good piece of kitchen work top off cut, and cover it with the cardboard type floor underlay available from B & Q, if you keep your eyes peeled you can usually find a good piece sticking out of the odd skip out side houses being renovated, if not you should be able to pick a piece up from a D.I.Y. shop for about a tenner,

Always use a flat square when cutting sheet balsa and knock up a cutting board from some ply or M.D.F. with a 90 degree to but your balsa and square up against, this keeps every cut nice and true,
