I developed the fadmuker threading tool after being frustrated at the constant jittery and sloppy control movements that you get with conventional connectors on model aircraft, although there is nothing wrong with plastic and metal clevis’s or swing type keeper klips when used in the right application they are perfect, i.e. gliders, combat models etc.

I wanted a smooth fluid control direct to my control surfaces, and when I looked at the control demanded from R/C helicopter pilots I found the answer I was looking for, BALL LINKS the only link that rolls and moves in a truly fluid action, giving precise control from the sticks to the model as and when you need it without the delay of the zed bend piano wire, that comes with wear, or the side pressure, resulting in servo stall jitter that comes with metal clevis’s that you cant quite manage to totally eliminate.

SO ITS BALL LINKS AT BOTH ENDS FOR ME! And so I developed a easy to use tool to thread the blank end of the metal push rods and hey presto!! the fadmuker threading tool was born, its not rocket science, its a simple die holder that aligns the rod directing it in to the cutting teeth, giving a true thread suitable for the plastic ball link body to screw on to the push rod, you can use it with a vice or a pair of pliers,

And on bigger models or long 12” metal push rods I developed the carbon fibre stiffy tubes these stiffen the rod eliminating any bend in the metal push rods when under load,
